Taller Marmo offers a seamless return process for all items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all security tags attached. We strive to ensure your experience with our artisanal collections is as effortless as the silhouettes themselves.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security seals remain intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point; once received and quality-checked, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
